We’re launching our formal contributor program to give everyone in the community the opportunity to improve StakeEasy!
How could it be community-owned if only the ones who kickstarted StakeEasy made all the important decisions (concerning governance, launch, token economics, and products) instead of the future StakeEasy builders? It wouldn’t make sense. Right? So,
That’s why we are launching the StakeEasy Contributor Program. Let’s MORPH this plan into exactly what the community wants!
We’ve structured our program flexibly. You may contribute freely in quests without signing up for a team. Small quests will be posted periodically in the Discord #quests. The reward of each quest will be given out in the form of a contest.
If you want to engage more deeply with StakeEasy’s core team and contribute more heavily to the protocol’s development, you may sign up for a team. We are starting with three teams: Engagement, Education, and Graphics Design.
Engagement Team
The community engagement team is the brain behind the amazing community of StakeEasy. Members of this team will brainstorm and execute on community growth initiatives, moderate the community, and just have fun with the good people of StakeEasy through ways such as AMAs, contests, and other community events. The engagement team is what will make participating in StakeEasy fun.
Could be anything but limited to;
- Blog writers posting about stakeeasy liquid staking, new vault releases, partnerships, new product announcements etc.
- Idea funnelers who can create polls, float the best ideas from the Discord community, etc.
- Someone reaching out to DeFi newsletters, influencers, podcasts.
- Someone responsible for coordinating retweets, shares, claps, upvotes for each content release.
Education Team
StakeEasy wants to bring not only our own protocol but the crypto industry as a whole to the mainstream. Members of this team will create content that will educate the masses on general crypto information and StakeEasy-specific knowledge through graphics, how-tos, and explainers! The education team will ensure that everybody is properly up to date on all that’s going on in StakeEasy and the world.
Graphics Design Team
Bring glory to StakeEasy by contributing to the graphics and visual identity of the protocol. Members of the graphics design team do just that: they design our future and everything people feast their eyes on.
These are the initial teams that we have. Over time we plan on modifying them according to our community.
Initially, members in a team may hunt for bounties. Bounties will be smaller tasks that have a value of SEASY attached to them and usually won’t require collaboration outside of the allocated department.
In the long term, the prominent contributors will have the opportunities to engage in projects. Projects will start with a target priority or focus handed down from the core team and will involve multiple people across different departments. These projects are a great opportunity to involve our contributors in high level discussions and will open the door for people to step up, take charge and execute their vision for StakeEasy.
Each project will start with a budget of SEASY attached. Sometimes we will reward our contributors going above and beyond with extra SEASY, if the work being completed is above expectations.
The Reward
We have earmarked 5% of the total $SEASY supply to be distributed to early contributors. The more you contribute the more you’re rewarded.
How It Works
This is not meant to be a, make some meme’s to get into the whitelist type nonsense. This is genuinely an initiative to reward those willing to help with operations and those with experience offering valuable insight and direction.
Those willing to provide operations support join the dedicated channels on Discord and voice their willingness to get involved.
There are dedicated channels in the StakeEasy Discord for each of the above areas. Community members that actively engage in helping define these by providing; insight, suggestions, feedback, requests, ideas etc. will be individually chosen by the StakeEasy DAO ops team to be rewarded with $SEASY.
Finally, there will be an actively updated “StakeEasy Bounty Billboard” pinned in Discord with requests for help and insight.

StakeEasy contributors can apply for awards once a month. We will assess your rewards by the proof of contributions that you submit. Rewards will be issued in the form of SEASY token.

The application for incentives should be submitted on the first seven days of each month.
A project can never be successful without a thriving community, which consists of passionate and enthusiastic contributors, along with their time and energy. The StakeEasy team will work with the contributors to pool our strength, passions and efforts together and jointly create an open, self-governing StakeEasy community.
The above incentives are set based on the StakeEasy team’s current knowledge and the development level of StakeEasy. We may ignore something by mistake, or make some incorrect decisions. If you have better ideas, please let us know. As the StakeEasy project grows, the incentive plan will also be constantly improved to make sure every gain comes with pays.
